Using Bolai

Bolai is a private trip planning app for creating trip circles, sharing plans, managing group budgets, and posting trip memories. By using Bolai, you agree to these terms.

Accounts

You are responsible for the information you provide, keeping access to your account secure, and all activity that happens through your account.

User Content

You keep ownership of the content you add to Bolai. You give Bolai permission to store, process, display, and transmit that content as needed to operate the app and make it available to the trip circles where you share it.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use Bolai to harass, threaten, impersonate, or harm others.
• Do not upload illegal, abusive, or infringing content.
• Do not attempt to bypass app security, invite verification, or access controls.
• Do not interfere with the operation of Bolai or its service providers.

Private Circles

Bolai is designed around private circles, but members you invite may view, save, or share content they can access. Only add people you trust to a circle.

Availability

We may update, suspend, or discontinue parts of Bolai. We are not responsible for delays, interruptions, or data loss caused by networks, devices, app stores, or third-party providers.

Termination

You may stop using Bolai or delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are violated or if required for safety, security, or legal reasons.
