Delete your Bolai account

You can delete your account directly in the Bolai app, or request deletion by email if you cannot access the app.

Delete in the app

  1. Open Bolai and sign in.
  2. Go to Profile.
  3. Choose Delete account.
  4. Confirm the deletion prompt.

Request deletion by email

Email us from the address on your Bolai account and ask us to delete your account.

Email support

We may ask you to verify account ownership before completing the request.
